One who goes out during the days of Nisan and sees trees that are producing blossoms says: Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the Universe, who has not withheld anything from His world and has created within it good creatures and good trees for people to enjoy. Rav Eliyashiv ruled that even women and children should recite this blessing, and it is fitting that there should be two trees, as stated in the blessing.
